Given:

Ravi and shahsi has share in ratio 3:5

Chitra and Devi has share in ratio 7:9

To find:

How much shashi get?

Solution:

Let the wealth of man is 1600 unit

So man distribute 800 among sons and 800 among daughters.

Ravi and shahsi has share in ratio 3:5

So,

  • Ravi gets 300 units
  • Shashi gets 500 units

Chitra and Devi has share in ratio 7:9

So,

  • Chitra gets 350 units
  • Devi gets 450 units

Chitra gets 50 units more than Ravi

But according to the question it is ₹6000

  • 50 ------------- ₹6000

Shashi gets 500 units

  • 500  --------------- ₹60000

Hence Shashi gets ₹60000
