Fraction received by wife is
1–(5/12 + 1/3) = 1/4
By comparing 1/4, 1/3 and 5/12
1/4 is 25 percent
1/3 is approximately 33 percent
5/12 is approximately 42 percent
Hence his daughter received the largest share, his wife received the least

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

let Ravi's total wealth=x

So,

Son has x/3

Daughter has 5x/12

Wife has total-(son + daughter)

x−( 3/x  +  5x/ 12) = x - (3x / 4)

= x/4

So, out of three wife has the least share and daughter has the highest share
