The elements can be divided into three categories that have characteristic properties: metals(ex:Gold, Silver, Aluminium,etc.), nonmetals(ex:hydrogen, helium, nitrogen, oxygen,etc.), and semimetals or metalloids(ex:boron, silicon, germanium, arsenic,etc.)

We can divide chemical compounds in two categories:

1: Organic compound: organic compounds are generally any chemical compounds that contain carbon-hydrogen bonds.

Examples: organic acids, amino acids, etc.

2: Inorganic compound: An inorganic compound is typically a chemical compound that lacks carbon–hydrogen bonds.

Example: Gold (I) bromide----AuBr, Gold (I) hydride---AuH
