When we arrange 4 men in circular table

arrangement will be like

\implies (4-1)!  \\ \implies 3!

Similarly For 4 women

Arrangement will be 4! since only for starting we need to remove 1 person

\implies so \: Total\: ways = 3! \times 4! \\ \\ \implies 6\times 24 \\ \implies \boxed{\boxed{144}}
