We have to include Anil in every group. So, Anil is constant in every group. Remaining persons are 5 and we can select only 3 out of them, as we need a group of 4 people.
We have to apply permutations and combinations logic here.
⇒ 4 people out of 6 can be selected in following ways = 5!/(5! - 3!)*3!
⇒ (5*4*3*2*1)/(2*1*3*2*1)
⇒ 120/12
= 10 ways
