by physical property we can classify matter into three groups:
- solid- table, soap
- liquid- water, milk
- gas- oxygen, water vapour
by chemical properties we can classify matter into two groups:
- pure substance - iron, oxygen
we can further divide it in two groups:
- elements
- compounds
