absolutely correct answer is = 0
uper ke answer me vowels to sath me nahi par consonants bhi sath nahi aa rahe so wo galat ans hai..
because threre is no possiblity for vowels not together
there is 4 vowels and 7 consonants if 7 consonants is together so it's become 1 group
so out of 4 vowels at least two vowels come together
there is no chance for vowels not together
