Let the sum be Rs x .
So, Amount = Rs 5x .
Let after t years, the sum will become 5 times of itself .
Rate = 20 % p.a.
So, SI = Rs 5x- x = Rs 4x .
Required time = 100 × SI / P × R = (100×4x/ x× 20 )yr
= 5/4 years .
