In how many years will a sum become three times of it if the rate of simple interest is 10% per annum?

let Principal be x
Then, amount= 3x
si = A-P
3x-x= 2x
r=10%
t=(si×100)/p×r
( 2x×100)/x×10
t= 20 years.ans
