In how many years will a sum of money triple itself, the rate of interest 8s 10%?

Let the principal be rs.100.

Amount=Triple=100*3=rs.300.

Interest=A-P=rs.200.

Rate=10%

Time=I*100/P*R

=200*100/100*10

20000/1000=20 years.

This is the correct answer.
