Hey buddy
Hope this helps ...
Principal= Rs. 1200
Rate = 4%
Amount= Rs. 1440
Therefore, S.I = Rs. (1440-1200)
= Rs. 240
Or, Time = S.I ×100 / P×R
Or,
![\frac{240 \times 100}{1200 \times 4} \frac{240 \times 100}{1200 \times 4}](https://tex.z-dn.net/?f=+%5Cfrac%7B240+%5Ctimes+100%7D%7B1200+%5Ctimes+4%7D+)
= 5 yrs
