Hi

Principal = P = Rs 990

Amount = A = Rs1080

Rate of interest = R = 10%

Let the time = T years

A = P( 1 + TR/100 )

1080 = 900( 1 + 10T/100 )

1080/900 = 1 + T/10

6/5 = 1 + T /10

6/5 - 1 = T/10

( 6 - 5 ) / 5 = T/10

1/5 = T / 10

10/5 = T

2 = T

Therefore ,

T = 2 years

I hope this helps you.

given amount=A=rs1080
given principle=P= rs900
given rate=R%=10%
Interest= I=A-P
=1080 - 900
= rs180
I = P×R×T/100
therefore , Time = T= I× 100/ P×R
T= rs180×100/900×10 yrs.
= 18000/9000 yrs.
= 2 years
I hope this will help you
