Case 1 : Finding Time Period

P = Rs. 4000

A = Rs. 5200

SI = A - P = 5200 - 4000

SI = Rs. 1200

R% = 10%

T = ?

SI = (P*T*R)/100

1200 = (4000*T*10)/100

12 = 4T

T = 3 Years

Case 2: CI

CI = A - P

A = P * (1+(R/100))^T

A = 4000 * (1 + (10/100))^3

A = 4000 * (110/100) * (110/100) * (110/100)

A = Rs. 5324

CI = 5324 - 4000

CI = Rs. 1324

Answer:

Time Period = 3 Years

Compound Interest for same TP and Rate = Rs. 1324
