Answer:

Carbohydrates’ digestion start in buccal cavity (mouth) by conversion of some amount of STARTCH into SUGAR with the help of SALIVARY AMAYLASE secreted by Salivary Gland

Later, in Upper part of SMALL INTESTINE ( DUODENUM) remaining starch and Sugar are converted into GLUCOSE and FRUCTOSE from the AMAYLASE secreted by Pancreases and Intestine.

Fats’ digestion starts and ends in Upper part of SMALL INTESTINE ( DUODENUM) .

Firstly, BILE JUICE emulsifies Fats into small gobbles. These gobbles are turned into FATTY ACID and GLYCEROL by LIPASE secreted by Pancreases and Intestine.

Proteins’ digestion starts in STOMACH, here PEPSIN converts some proteins into PEPTONES and PROTEOSES.

Later, in Upper part of SMALL INTESTINE ( DUODENUM) TRYPSIN secreted by PANCREASES converts the remaining Proteins, Peptones and Proteoses into PEPTIDES.

Later, EREPSIN secreted by Intestine converts Peptides into AMINO ACID.
