the digestion starts from mouth.the moment u put the food in it mix with enzymes(break carbohydrate) and saliva from there it goes food pipe........................it ends at rectum since there the waste mixture of food and gastric juice stays at rectum and from there after 24 hours(or less or more) it comes out from anus.
