Fuel cell is a device that produce electricity by chemical process . this is based on oxidation and reduction process . in Hydrogen - Oxygen fuel cell electron transfer from one matter to another . in Hydrogen - oxygen fuel cell the carbon rods are immersed in hot aqueous solution of KOH .
