According to the question,

m+m+m/2= 180 (ASP)

➡️ 2m + m/2= 180

➡️ 5m/2= 180

➡️ 5m= 360

➡️ m= 72

So base angles are 72 degrees

and vertex angle is 1/2 x 72= 36 degrees
