In in India there will be difference of about 1 hour 45 minutes in local time in Gujarat and Assam how can this problem be solved?

The problem is solved by keeping the same time for the whole country i.e IST--INDIAN STANDARD TIME, this time is same for the whole country,the location doesnt matter in this case
