Hi.
During the time of June and July the south west monsoon hits the India, at that time parts of Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, etc have no rainfall.
However during the time of August Uttar pradesh receives. Whereas Rajsthan and South western Punjab still do not receives any rainfall.
