Yes I think it's true because in India most hospitals want a certain amount of money for treatment.But due to the poverty in India many people aren't able to pay the expenses and hence are not given the treatment they require.In many cases,hospital have outright refused to treat the patient who is in critical need of medical attention simply because the patient was poor and couldn't afford to pay the bills at that time.This greed for money leads to many people dying as health services aren't given to them when they require it.
