equal vote. However, only people above the age of 18 are allowed to vote. Is this truly

This is the correct statement...

so, in India people of any religion, caste, creed, economic, status can caste vote and all the citizens have an equal opportunity to caste the vote...

however people above the age of 18 are allowed to vote ...and this system is called universal adult franchise...
