its important bcoz...rural to urban means....you have to make some rural areas to urban as their development is not provwn good... URBAN TO RURAL Means that ... a much urban area like mumbai,banglore ... has big factories,pollution,industries...that makes tje place dirty...and polluted so...not for much pollution in water in air also noise pollution....we should prevent much urban areas....
