In India we have Prime Minister but why is there no Prime Minster in the United States Of America

Well, this is because they follow the presidential system of government as opposed to the parliamentary one. In the former, the elected head of state (President) is also the head of government who wields all the powers.
However, in a parliamentary system, the Prime Minister ( head of government ) is elected via a general election and the head of State may or may not be elected.
For example, the Queen is the head of tate in the UK but does not hold political powers, but the President is the head of State in the United States( ‘America’) as well as the administrative leader, or head of Government.
