IN INDIA THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT IS MORE POWERFUL THAN STATE GOVERNMENT BECAUSE THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT EXERCISE MORE POWER IN THE UNION TERRITORIES AND THE STATES WHICH ARE GRANTED SPECIAL POWERS.THEY HAVE THEIR POWES IN EVERY STATE AND UNION TERRITORIES OF INDIA BUT THE STATE GOVERNMENT HAVE THEIR POWERS ONLY IN THE STATES AND NOT IN THE UNION TERRITORIES AN DTHE STATES PROVIDED WITH SPECIAL POWERS........
