because I think that people r not aware of different rights especially in villages.. or may be due to some family problems or low status people don't fight against it..

Hello Mate!
I think rape case has not increased but our mind is foicused on a particular view. How do you know sitting from Indian that their are less rape case in foriegn. They may be a little more in India because we all are losing our custom.
Also there is not an efficient police system.
