Let the height of the triangle consider as h

As it is an isosceles triangle

Let base = height =h

Atq area of triangle = 18cm²

 =  \frac{1}{2}  \: base \:  \times height \\  \\  \frac{1}{2}  \times h \times h = 18 \\  \\  {h}^{2}  = 36 \\ h =  \sqrt{36}  \\  \\ h = 6cm \\  \\

Base = height = 6cm

Since the angle is right angle triangle

Will use Pythagoras theorem

H² = B² + P²

H² = 6² +6²

H ² = 36 +36

H =

 \sqrt{72}
