Given- The man's salary in the year 1990 = 2250 p.a.

The man's annual increment = 108

To find- The man's salary in the year 1996 (ie. after 6 years) = ?

The man's salary in the year 1996 = The man's current salary + Increment × 6 yrs

=2250+108×6

=3,330

Therefore, the man's salary in the year 1996 is Rs. 3,330 p.a.
