1. The poem is all the joy/happiness the family members are experiencing on the birth of the baby and whose first birthday is being celebrated. The family members are expressing as to how happy they are that the baby has come into their life and how the baby has changed their lives and has filled their life with umpteen happiness. The family members are overwhelmed with joy that they want the baby to have the best first birthday party for all that love & happiness the baby has been giving them
