Explanation:

Glucose and oxygen are final products of photsynthesis ie the process by which plants make their food.

Plants are not able to store glucose as it is a reactive copound. So they just join many glucose units by a bond (glycosidic bond) and the resultant product is non reactive one ,called starch.

In biological terms glucose is a monosaccharide and starch is polysaccharide ie formed by combining two or more than two monosaccharides.Polysaccharides are a class of polymers so starch is a polymer.

Generally plants do not store any mono or disaccharide like glucose ,fructose sucrose etc. Few exception are stem of sugarcane where sucrose is stored and ripening fruits.

So in plants glucose is stored in the form of starch.
