the one which passes through center of curvature because it retraces it's path from the first law of reflection i.e the angle of incidence is equal to angle of reflection

This is because the optic centre is like the normal. Hence, the angle of incidence is zero. Thus, the angle of refraction will be zero. Hence, light rays passes from optic centre does not bend or change direction.
