In letter writing. Is salutation is above subject or below?

supertechcrew2: Mostly salutation is written below subject but according to new cbse rule and according to many cbse prescribed book salutation is written above subject..So I prefer to write it above subject..hope it helped you ..✌✌All the best for exams..
