ACTIVITIES AND TASKS AND MY FUTURE PERSONAL GROWTH AND JOB ASPIRATIONS
Employment is good as it gives one means of survival access the basic needs and wants one needs for life, but its not enough and sustaining as the current wage rates dont match the current economic demands and need.
This is the whole reasons to become innovative and creative because one source of income is not all sufficient.
With a job aspiration entrepreneurship is the best alternative to become an employer than be employed.
venturing into business or becoming an entrepreneur requires :
1. good plnning
2.good organization and management skills
3. good resource organization and prioritization
THE ACTIVITIES AND TASKS TOWARDS ENTREPRENEURIAL VENTURE
1. You need to have a business idea- this is what line of business you want to operate
2. Establish your market niche; this means what line of operation to venture in for example production of fast foods, selling of women wear, supply of fresh fruits and many more.
This is done through identification of the market gap. Meaning yes there are various businesses operating but there is a deficit in a given line of supply for certain good in the market. this becomes your best advised area for your business operation
3. Save and self raise capital- this is the amount of money required to start of the business together with necessary resources that are required in that line of your business operation
4. its important to seek legal certification for operation so that you don't fall on the bad side with the law
because of this in the next year i will focus on:
1. Raising capital for my business
2. Carry out research and market niche including what has worked and why and what has not worked and the reasons why it failed
3. Familiarize myself with lines of operations and customer needs
Once i start operation i am focusing on employing young unemployed but skilled youths to help them get a bearing in life. my aim is to become middle class business operator with a chain of business.

Career planning is an essential part of developing and choosing a specific career line. It is mainly based on a number of factors these include the individual's interest and what career line is he or she inclined towards. The past accomplishments should clearly be kept in mind.
