Circumference of wheel × number of revolution= distance travelled

So

2πr×1000=88000m

2πr=88m

r=88/2π

=14m

So diameter will be 2×radius=2×14=28m

Circumference of wheel × no.of revolution = distance travelled

[ 1km = 1000 m ]

[ 88 km = 1000 × 88 = 88000 m ]

2πr × 1000 = 88000 m

2πr = 88000 / 1000

2πr = 88

r = 88 / 2π

r = 88 × 7/22 × 2

[ 88 × 7 = 616 & 22 × 2 = 44 ]

r = 616 / 44

r = 14 meters

Diameter = 14 × 2 = 28 meters
