Hey mate !
______
The total distance travelled is 88 km = 88000 m
No. of revolutions = 1000
Now, Distance travelled in 1 revolution = 2 * 22/7 * R
Distance travelled in 1000 revolutions = 2 * 22/7 * R * 1000
=> 1000 * 2 * 22/7 * R = 88000
=> R = 14
Thus , radius of wheel = 14 m
and , diameter of wheel = 2 * R = 2 * 14 = 28 m
______
Hope it helps !
