In Mendel's experiment with tall and dwarf par plants the tall trait is dominant because it was visible in all the progeny of 1st generation. maternal and paternal both gives their equal share in the genes of the new progeny so the plants should be all medium height but this was not seen by Mendel. No progeny was reproduced of medium height . Instead, all were tall . this means that tall height is expressed more than the short height .
