In merchant of Venice scene 1 act 1 what gratiano said for Antonio's sadness

Gratiano predicts that Antonio is sad because he is nt happy...he further on describes that by two headed Janus(the roman god),Nature had created some strange fellows.Some of whom will laugh juat by hearing the sound of a bagpiper while some who will nt laugh at anything even if the grave nestor swears that the joke is most amusing.
