  • In excel the numeric value can be treated a label value for the formula if it precedes with which symbol Apostrophe ( \')
  • The job of this function is to checks if a cell in Excel contains a number or not. If the value happen to be a number it will show as TRUE  and if it is not, then it will show a FALSE value.
