Answer: My sister's class

Step-by-step explanation:

Ratio of students getting A+ to the total number of students in my class = 1:10

It can also be expressedthe as a fraction, 1/10.

Ratio of students getting A+ to the total number of students in my sister's class = 5:36

It can also be expressed as a fraction, 5/36.

Now compare 1/10 and 5/36.

LCM = 180

18/180 < 25/180

Therefore, my sister's class has a better score of A+ students.
