In my math homework i got this sum..but i cant understand it:

7 divided by 2 = 1/2 of 7
=1/2 x 7
=?

1/2 OF 7  =3.5 BECAUSE 7/2=3.5,AND  3.5 X 7= 24.5

$\frac{7}{2} = \frac{1}{2} of 7$

$\frac{7}{2} = \frac{1}{2} * 7$ (as of is equal to multiplication)

$= \frac{7}{2}$
