in my school does not have a playground and students need for the same what alternate arrangement I can suggest

Talk to your school HOD
After that if no action is taken towards it write an application to school prinicpal
And if then also things does not come on tracks converse with school authority staff and write an application to CBSE or ICSE headquaters about your problems
