In my school, the class monitor changes every month. Is that what you call a power sharing arrangement ?

Class monitor is the one who is having a bit power over the class and in other matters regarding to it. Its because he is given with that charge by his teacher. There are many students in the class and it is an essential fact that there should be some to guide them . This charge is given to the monitor. By changing this monitor between the students, we are actually giving each one to guide the class taking responsibility. This will make them vigilant about the use of power. Power shouldn't be surrounded over a single person. It should be equally given between all. This will make them respect and follow the power. Then only we will have an efficient power system. If the power is given to all they will be vigilant and responsible about it. This will make a easy going in the society
