In my school,the class monitor changes every month. Is that what you call power sharing arrangement? Explain in your words.​

Not probably , power sharing is the thing where a authority shares his/her responsibilities to another person to accelerate the work smooth and effective . Here as the class monitor changes regularly there would be no change in the power of class monitor where if there is a vice class monitor is appointed then we can say that it is a power sharing arrangement ..:);)
