in my school,the class monitor changes every month.is that what you call a power sharing arrangement

in my opinion....
your answer is no. cuz as per my experiences when you become a monitor, your classmates just starts to create problems for you so that you are not able to hold that power and one month is not enough at all!!!!
so the teachers must give time to the monitors more than 1 month at least two if possible three!!!!
