Given :-
In a neutral sphere, 5 × 10²¹ Electrons are present. 

If 10 % of electrons are removed that means 
= 10/100 ( 5 × 10²¹)
= 5 x 10²⁰ electron removed from sphere. 

Here total charge on the sphere is increase in positive + charge, as equal to decrease in Negative - charge.
Hence the total charge removed = ( - 1.6 x 10⁻¹⁹ x 5 x 10²⁰ ) C.
= -1.6 x 5 x 10
= -80 C.

Therefore, If 10 % are removed then  the total charge on the body is 80 C.
Now charge acting on the body is 80 C.
