in nitrogen only nf3 is known why?? ​

It is because of the small size and high electronegativity of nitrogen. ... Due to this, they can not remain bonded to the nitrogen atom and hence are highly unstable. As of NF3, it is stable and highly inert gas at room temperature. It is because fluorine and nitrogen have comparable sizes and electronegativity
