In notice first I have to write topic then from next line I should start writing paragragraph by following format ?? Please someone comeup with accurate answer .

In the first line write name of institution that is issuing the notice.
Move to the next line and write the word NOTICE.
Then the topic of your notice/event for which notice is being issued.
In the same line as topic on the left side write date.
Begin your notice. Sign off with designation at the end.
