Surds :- They are the complex forms of irrational number which can be expressed in roots from also

For example
 2\sqrt{ {4}^{n} }
This is a surds

Radicals:- They are the simplest form of rational or maybe in such circumstance we can found they are irrational that can or cannot be form is the roots

For example:-
 {5}^{2}
Here 5 is radical
