Zaheer got 27 runs in 9 overs and 2 balls => 56 balls. 

Harju got 31 runs in 10 overs => 60 balls. 

Find the average the run of both of them,i.e., run per ball.

For Zaheer, it is 27/56=0.482

For Harju, it is 31/60=0.511

So, Harju played better.
