Dear Dairy!

Today morning i felt pain in my teeth & that was unbearable. After visiting nearest dental clinic & getting prescription of medicine & painkillers i went school. Whole i was thinking why it happens suddenly & how should i take care of my teeth & get rid of any teeth pain for forever. Lots of advice from Doctor Uncle’s advises were running in my mind. Finally i make a flow chart how should u take care of my teeth & mouth. So there will be no bad breathe or any dental disease to my teeth.

1. I will never eat anything just before going sleep.

2. I will brush my teeth twice a day both morning & at bed time in night.

3. I will use good quality toothpaste & toothbrush.

4. I will drink lots of water whole day.

5. I will try to eat less Ice cream & chocolates.

6. I will maintain discipline with hot & cold eating.

7. I will visit regularly in 6 months for check-up.
