the sources for each of these are
CO2: from Atmosphere
H2O: from soil
Sunlight: from Sun

CO2 from humans yes atmosphere is correct depends on the fertility of soil it should be fertile.

To carry out the process of photosynthesis, plant need following substances:
- Water : it get water from the soil transported by the xylem vascular bundle to the leafs.
- Carbon dioxide : it get carbon dioxide form atmosphere with the help of stomatal pores.
- Chlorophyll : this pigment is present in the chloroplast.
- Sunlight : this energy is provided by ultimate source of energy ,i.e, SUN
